“I’d Rather Be
Reading.” To
encourage students to do summer reading each child could
stack a book they read on Mr. Cunningham (Principal at
Furneaux Elementary).
As you can see, Mr. C was buried under 544 books!
During the reading celebration each child designed a quilt
square for the summer reading quilt plus received a book for
their personal library and bookmarks.
